Janis Jones Practice 1

Okay, so as many of you know, I'm a huge fan of Peter David's writing, particularly his run on The Incredible Hulk. He wrote one story in particular that I've fallen in love with called Future Imperfect (which is heavily referenced in his novel The Incredible Hulk: What Savage Beast.)

Basically, Future Imperfect takes place in an alternate future in which the world (or at the very least, a sizable chunk of it known as Dystopia) is ruled by a bloke called Maestro, who is essentially Professor Hulk-turned full-time arrogant moonbrain/tyrannical dictator.

Now, I don't want to give too much away about the plot in case some of you have yet to read it, but this badass I've drawn here is one Janis Jones, the leader of an underground force known as the Outlaws, hell-bent on removing Maestro from power. She's also the granddaughter of Rick Jones, who is remarkably still alive, if somewhat tetched.

I highly suggest you read this arc. I can't stress that enough.

Another thing I can't stress enough is that the Force was not with me when I drew this, and yes, there are obvious mistakes.
